PONTYPOOL PARKRUN

We are pleased to announce that The Mount Surgery has been accepted as a parkrun practice by the Royal College of General Practitioners and Vitality partners Parkrun.  This enables us to link in with the Pontypool parkrun held every Saturday morning in Pontypool park.

Taking part is easy, you can walk or run, there is always a 'tail walker' volunteer at the back so you are never left alone

Join the park run family today! If you don't want to walk/run you can take part in volunteering at parkrun and make new friends

A free 5k event, held every Saturday morning at 9am at Pontypool Park

There is also a junior 2K parkrun at 9am every Sunday at Pontypool park
